1. Introduction Welcome to Soul Sports Travel! We are an agency specialized in sports tourism, offering travel packages for national and international sporting events. By contracting our services, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.

2. Reservations and Payments

• Travel package reservations are confirmed upon payment.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or bank slip.

• The remaining balance must be paid within the deadlines established in the service proposal.

• Reservations are subject to availability at the time of payment confirmation.

3. Changes and Cancellations by the Customer

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via Soul Sports Travel contact email.

• The refund will depend on the event rules and will be duly informed at the time of purchase.

• Some suppliers (hotels, airlines, carriers) may have their own cancellation policies, which apply to the customer.

• Changes to dates and services may be subject to additional fees depending on supplier availability.

4. Cancellation and Change by Soul Sports Travel

• In the event of cancellation of the event by the organizers, Soul Sports Travel will work to find viable alternatives for customers, which may include rescheduling or credit for future events.

• If there is a cancellation due to force majeure (pandemics, natural disasters, conflicts, etc.), the refund policy will be defined as negotiated with suppliers.

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries if necessary, always informing customers in advance.

5. Responsibility

• Soul Sports Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, sporting event organizers, etc.).

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by third parties.

• It is the customer's responsibility to check and provide the necessary documentation (passport, visa, vaccinations, travel insurance, etc.).

6. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers unforeseen events, cancellations, accidents and health problems during your trip.

• Soul Sports Travel can recommend insurance companies and sell insurance for travel packages.

7. General Conditions

• The customer declares to be aware of the general conditions of the package before contracting.

• Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws in force in Brazil.

• By making payment, the customer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
